02 · The tuner doesn't react

Diapason needs microphone access. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and turn Diapason on. Play one string at a time, close to the device.

03 · Restore a purchase

Open Diapason → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought Pro with. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings.

04 · The metronome stops in the background

Diapason keeps playing when you lock the screen. A phone call, an alarm or Siri pauses it; press Start again afterwards.

05 · Privacy

Diapason collects no data. Read the privacy policy.
