01 · The short version
Diapason does not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
02 · Microphone
The tuner uses your device's microphone to measure the pitch of your instrument in real time. Audio is processed on your device, in memory, and is never recorded, saved or transmitted.
03 · Data kept on your device
- Your settings, for example reference pitch, note names and appearance.
- Your practice journal: session dates, durations and tempos.
- Your custom tunings and setlist entries.
This data is stored locally with Apple's SwiftData and shared only with Diapason's own widgets on the same device. It never leaves your device unless you include it in your own device backups. Deleting the app deletes it.
04 · Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles purchase data.
05 · Children
Diapason is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
06 · Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Questions: support@spendryapp.com.
