Welcome to Spendry! By downloading, installing, or using the Spendry application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spendry, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Spendry is a personal finance management application that helps you:

• Track income and expenses
• Create and manage budgets
• Set and monitor savings goals
• Track debts and payments
• Monitor investments
• Manage subscriptions
• Receive payment reminders

3. User Accounts

Spendry does not require account registration. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your Apple iCloud account.

4. Free and Premium Services

4.1 Free Features

The free version of Spendry includes:

• Up to 3 budgets
• Up to 3 savings goals
• Up to 3 debt entries
• Up to 3 investments
• Up to 3 credit cards
• Unlimited transactions
• Basic statistics
• Small home screen widget

4.2 Premium Subscription

Spendry Premium unlocks:

• Unlimited budgets, goals, debts, investments, and credit cards
• Advanced analytics and insights
• Annual debt reports
• Medium and large home screen widgets
• Priority customer support

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

5.2 Free Trials

• Free trial periods provide full access to premium features
• If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will be made
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

5.3 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple according to their refund policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Provide accurate financial information for your own tracking
• Keep your device and iCloud credentials secure
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Spendry, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Spendry, including but not limited to design, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Spendry and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Financial calculations will be 100% accurate
• The App will meet all your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spendry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any financial decisions made based on App data

11. Termination

You may stop using Spendry at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
