Welcome to Spendry. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a valid and binding legal agreement solely between you ("User", "you") and Muhammed Yusuf Güven ("Developer", "we", "us").
You acknowledge ensuring that these Terms use Apple's required End User License Agreement (EULA) provisions. You specifically acknowledge that Apple Inc. ("Apple") is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or the content thereof.
We, the Developer, are solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, download, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Spendry is built on a "Zero-Knowledge" foundation to guarantee your privacy. We do not possess the keys to decrypt your financial data, nor do we store your data on our central servers. Your data resides exclusively on your device and your personal iCloud container.
Because your data is private to you, we cannot recover it if you lose access to your device or Apple ID. We highly recommend keeping iCloud Backup enabled to prevent data loss.
Spendry offers renewable "Spendry Premium" subscriptions via Apple's In-App Purchase system. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All billing and transaction processing are handled by Apple.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
All purchases are final. As payments are processed by Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of that App, including, but not limited to:
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of that App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, We, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that:
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g., your wireless data service agreement) to ensure that your use of the App is not in violation of such agreement.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE APP.
WHERE PERMITTED UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND THE DEVELOPER AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Spendry, gizliliğinizi garanti altına almak için "Sıfır Bilgi" (Zero-Knowledge) temeli üzerine inşa edilmiştir. Finansal verilerinizi çözmek için gereken anahtarlara sahip değiliz ve verilerinizi sunucularımızda saklamayız. Verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda ve kişisel iCloud alanınızda bulunur.
Verileriniz size özel olduğundan, cihazınıza veya Apple Kimliğinize erişimi kaybederseniz verilerinizi kurtaramayız. Veri kaybını önlemek için iCloud Yedekleme özelliğini açık tutmanızı önemle tavsiye ederiz.
Spendry, Apple'ın Uygulama İçi Satın Alma sistemi üzerinden yenilenebilir "Spendry Premium" abonelikleri sunar. Satın alarak şunları kabul edersiniz:
Ödeme, satın alma onayı ile Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Tüm faturalandırma işlemleri Apple tarafından yönetilir.
Abonelik, cari dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Hesabınız, dönemin bitimine 24 saat kala ücretlendirilir.
Aboneliklerinizi App Store Hesap Ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Tüm satın alımlar nihaidir. Ödemeler Apple tarafından işlendiğinden, doğrudan iade yapamayız. İade talepleri reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden Apple'a iletilmelidir.
Uygulama veya Uygulamayı kullanımınızla ilgili, aşağıdakiler dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere her türlü talepten Apple değil, biz sorumluyuz:
Uygulamanın veya kullanımınızın üçüncü bir tarafın fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği iddiası durumunda, söz konusu ihlal iddiasının soruşturulması, savunulması, çözüme kavuşturulması ve giderilmesinden Apple değil, yalnızca biz sorumlu olacağız.

UYGULAMA, "OLDUĞU GİBİ" VE "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE", HİÇBİR GARANTİ OLMAKSIZIN SUNULMAKTADIR. GELİŞTİRİCİ, TİCARİ ELVERİŞLİLİK VE BELİRLİ BİR AMACA UYGUNLUK DAHİL TÜM GARANTİLERİ REDDEDER.
YASALARIN İZİN VERDİĞİ ÖLÇÜDE, GELİŞTİRİCİ, UYGULAMANIN KULLANIMINDAN KAYNAKLANAN HİÇBİR DOLAYLI ZARARDAN SORUMLU DEĞİLDİR.
YASALARIN İZİN VERDİĞİ HALLERDE, TARAFLAR BİRBİRLERİNE KARŞI YALNIZCA KENDİ ADLARINA DAVA AÇABİLİRLER, HERHANGİ BİR TOPLU DAVANIN PARÇASI OLAMAZLAR.
