Spendry ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our personal finance management application.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data You Provide

• Financial Records: Transactions, budgets, savings goals, debts, investments, and subscriptions you enter into the app
• Profile Information: Display name and profile preferences
• Custom Categories: Categories you create for organizing transactions

1.2 Automatically Collected Data

• Device Information: Device model, iOS version, and app version for troubleshooting
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous app usage statistics (if enabled)
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash data to improve app stability

1.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Bank account credentials or passwords
• Credit card numbers
• Social Security numbers or government IDs
• Location data

2. How We Store Your Data

2.1 Local Storage

All your financial data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure Core Data framework. This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

2.2 iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is encrypted and protected by your Apple ID credentials. We cannot access your iCloud data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide core app functionality (tracking finances, budgets, goals)
• To generate statistics and insights about your spending
• To send you payment reminders (if notifications are enabled)
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal financial data with any third parties.

We may share anonymous, aggregated statistics (such as total app users) but never individual financial data.

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Apple CloudKit: For optional iCloud data synchronization
• Apple Push Notifications: For payment reminders

These services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Spendry offers optional premium subscriptions. All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

7. Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. If you use iCloud sync, data in iCloud follows Apple's retention policies.

8. Your Rights

• Access: View all your data within the app
• Export: Export your data using the app's export feature
• Delete: Delete your data or the entire app at any time
• Opt-out: Disable analytics and crash reports in Settings

9. Children's Privacy

Spendry is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
